Develop standards and processes to streamline billing and settlements and improve exchange of information for all to adopt:

based on ITU principles for traditional settlements;
based on Carrier members and industry needs to address Wholesale Market issues;
Provide a forum for sharing experiences, value added initiatives and develop business solutions to further benefit Carrier companies;
Workshop, develop and promote best practices for Inter Carrier operations such as Wholesale Dispute resolution, CDR comparison, Complex Deals, Credit Management, etc.
Arrange expert speakers to present at GSC Forums ;
Workshop emerging issues and challenges facing Carriers;
Bring Carriers together to address inter carrier billing & settlement issues and develop business processes and guidelines;
Provide guidance and support to Carriers in the Electronic Data Exchange; implementation in accordance with the ITU Recommendations D.190.
