About GSC Group

The Global Settlements Carrier (GSC) Group is a non-profit association of Telecommunications Carriers from around the world working towards simplifying, improving business processes & guidelines; enhancing bilateral relations; addressing emerging issues and challenges facing Carriers; and standardising exchanging billing and settlement information globally.

It was formed with the express intention of meeting the growing needs of Carriers from around the world for process improvement, development of common standards and solutions for billing and settlement.

Our Members set the directions and priorities of the Group to ensure the challenges are addressed with the view to establishing common approaches.

Key Focus:

Twice-yearly meetings offer a selection of presentations and workshops relevant for all Carriers, regardless of whether they have a high or a low degree of prior knowledge or involvement in these processes. At the GSC global forums, Carriers share experiences and knowledge on the billing and settlement challenges confronting the telecommunications industry today, and discuss on wholesale market demand topics to help Carriers address issues with their counterparts.

The meetings provide an ideal forum for billing & settlement managers/directors, IT managers and commercial managers to share experiences on pertinent issues and workshop possible solutions. The GSC Forum is open to all Carriers from around the world, and all Carriers are welcome to participate the event. The GSC Group’s constitution is set out per the Articles & Association below.
